  • Provide strategic vision, and overall leadership
  • Member of CYSA District II Board, and San Jose Soccer Complex Foundation Board.
  • Runs League Board Meeting
Vice President, Operations
  • Oversees League Operations organization
  • Manages field Usage
  • Secures field permits
  • Manages field assignments, layout, & maintenance
Vice President, Soccer
  • Responsible for all affiliated teams and all matters related to the CSCVYSL Soccer Program
  • Organizes Coaching & Referee Workshops
  • Communicates pertinent information to coaches & referees
  • Works with the Coaching Committee and San Jose FC DoC to provide a recommendation to the Board on approval of Competitive coaches/teams
Vice President, Finance
  • Oversees League Finance organization
  • Manages League financial accounts
  • Manages League payments
  • Yearly Corporate filings
Registrar
  • Organizes Registration for Recreational players
  • Manages player transfers, adds, and drops
  • Generates reports to CYSA-N
  • Provides advice and communicate all registration rules to teams
  • Oversees Competitive Registrar
Secretary
  • Records Board meeting minutes
  • Organizes Board meetings
  • Manages Opening Day program
  • Manages Picture Day
  • Generates monthly newsletter
Equipment Director
  • Manages & maintains all League Capital Assets (Goal, flags, lawn mowers, etc)
  • Manages procurement of team uniforms
Tournament Director
  • Manages all League-sponsored Tournaments
    • Magic Cup
    • Boys' Tournament
    • Recreational Jamboree
Competitive Coordinator
  • League Liason to competitive playing leagues
  • Communicates League Information to Coaches
  • Oversees Project 40 program
U6 Age Group Coordinator (AGC)
  • Manage U5 & U6 Rec Team Formation
  • Assign Coaches
  • Schedule Games
  • Communicate League Information to Coaches
U8 Age Group

  • Manages U7 & U8 Team Formation
