2008 Spring U7 and U8 Boys and Girls
Recreation Soccer Registration
2008 spring registration for U7 and U8 Girls and Boys begins on December 8. After January 31 there will be a late fee of $25 per player. Registration will not be accepted after February 15, 2008.
Three ways to register:
- On-Line Registration (recommended): Visit www.cvysl.org to access the on-line registration. We encourage everyone to register online. Detailed instructions will be provided during the registration process.
- Mail-In Registration: CVYSL-Spring Registration PO Box 18188, San Jose, CA 95158-8188.
- Registration Drop-Off Locations: Soccer Stars 4640 Meridian Av, San Jose CA 95124 or
Denell Lanphear 920 Sweetbriar Dr, Campbell CA 95008.
Fees
- $85 for first child in Division 4 (recreational)
- $75 for each additional sibling playing Division 4 recreational soccer
- $25 late fee assessed after January 31st and NO family discount
- REFUNDS: Full refund ONLY is child cannot be placed on a team
Season Information: Teams will play games primarily on Saturday, possibly on Sunday, beginning on March 8. Placements are on a first come first served basis, NO EXCEPTIONS! Practices are at the discretion of the coaches. Games and practices will be held at local schools in the Cambrian and San Jose Unified School Districts. Rain outs will not be made up. Games will not be scheduled on Easter Weekend. End of season tournament will be scheduled for May 10.
Team Information: Our age group coordinators (AGCs) will make team assignments. Parents will be notified by coaches. You may make buddy/coach requests and the AGCs will do their b est to honor them. The league is split into age groups U7 and U8 (for Spring 2008 only); boys and girls. July 31 is used as the cut off date for age groups. Example: If your child is 6 years old on or before July 31, 2008, then they can play in the U7 age group.
