Team Background

The CV Arsenal Girls are holding two tryout sessions on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 16 and Dec. 17 at 10:00am - 12:00pm at Ida Price Middle  School. The CV Arsenal Girls compete in the top division of Class 1 and are invited to play in the most highly recognized tournaments in
California including the Mustang Stampede and the San Diego Surf Cup. In their brief history, the Girls have compiled a 33-3-3 record and have two undefeated league championships to their name and one tournament championship. We encourage all players born after 7/31/1996 who seek top flight soccer to join us on these dates for these fun yet challenging tryout sessions. The Arsenal work closely with the class 3  team, CV Wanderers, and will promote and demote players based upon their playing level, and to provide the best environment for player development.

Parent Information:
  1. Players are not committed to a team on paper till the July registration period which occurs within the first two weeks of July.
  2. Players have the right to transfer to any team.
  3. Whole team rosters can be reset in the July registration period, however, once they are set, teams are limited to 3 transfers on for the entire soccer season.
  4. We recommend that every child play at the level of soccer which provides them the most competitive environment.  Waiting till their older, before moving to a more competitive team can be very difficult, and most times turns out to be late for the child to compete in High School, or with the more competitive club teams.
  5. Central Valley has two other U11 boys teams that will be playing Class I soccer in Fall 2007 who have not scheduled tryouts yet.  CV Crush will play in Class 1, Division 2. CV Strikers will play Class 1, Division 3.
