You must complete the section on player information as well as the Medical Consent section at the bottom or the form. No fees are required until the player is accepted by a team.

Our teams focus on technical development at the younger age groups, and offer a fun, and exciting avenue for your childs growth. For more information on a specific team, please see the contact information for each individual team in the tryout section below.
We are a tiered age group consisting of RED and WHITE teams. Both teams played their 1st season in Comp and had great outcomes! We will be moving to U9 for the Fall season and look to continue to build on our success. Training focuses on player development in a high energy, positive and fun atmosphere. Come see what we’re about! Players need to wear cleats and shin guards to try out.

Team Background:
Mercury’s coach, Jodi Washington, loves the game of soccer and believes in the importance of developing our young community. She has coached soccer for 13 years and is in her sixth season as coach of the Leland High School Soccer team. Jodi has a National "D" licence and is a licensed referee. She has played at the youth, high school, regional, national and Division 1 collegiate level.

Heather played division 1 college soccer at Yale University. She currently holds her National B Coaching License She has coached many different levels of soccer from youth, high school, and even collegiately. Heather has her CPR, AED , and First Aid Certification.
CV Pride Tryouts for the upcoming spring season will be held on 12/3/11 from 9-11am at Fammatre Elementary School, 2800 New Jersey Ave, San Jose. If needed, a 2nd tryout date will be held on 12/4 from 10-12 pm at Fammatre. New players should plan to be at both tryout dates.
All new players must fill out a CYSA 1601 form to participate.
Titans Red, White and Blue are U11 Boys Central Valley Competitive teams who will be playing U12 in the Spring.We play Division 3 soccer, currently in District 2 of the Central Coast Section League.The Titans are looking for players who are interested in a highly competitive, successful and fun soccer program.The coaching staff provides exceptional training with a focus on player development, conditioning and teamwork.The Titans teams have enjoyed great success both in league play and tournaments. Titans Red won the Tracy Orange Bowl Tournament and this past September were finalists in the Union City SoccerPalooza tournament. Titans White placed 2nd in the Turlock Mid-Summer Classic in 2012. Titans Blue is currently in 1st place in the Copper bracket and will participate in the upcoming OctoberFest Tournament in Turlock.

Our Club staff includes Former professional soccer player (from the San Jose Earthquakes and LA Galaxy) and current Earthquakes Asst. Coach, Ian Russell, as well as former New Zealand National Team player and also the Earthquakes Goalkeeper coach, Jason Batty. In addition, we have on our staff former San Jose State midfielder standout, Chad Gleave. All three have and will continue to work closely within our Club in order to maximize each boy’s development.
Team Background: CV San Jose FC Gunners 97B will be holding open tryouts for the upcoming 2010/2011 Fall & Spring soccer season. We have just completed our 5th full season as a class 3 team and we be registering in the new CYSA California Soccer League. We participate in 4 – 5 tournaments between the months of September – January and play a session on indoor as well. CV United 96G is a competitive soccer team for girls born after 7/31/1996. We are looking for Midfielders and Forwards but will seriously consider players for all positions. The CV Explosion 95G Red started in 2005 with local recreational players and developed them to the top of class 3 by winning Delgado and coming in second at the CYSA Association Cup. We have continued since then to develop the players at the Division 1 Gold Level. We take pride in having 10 district ODP players, 9 of whom achieved tha after joining the Explosion.
Last year we won the Dublin Fall Classic, came in second at District 2 Cup, and also placed in the El Dorado Shootout and Placer Prestige Cup.

CV San Jose FC 95B is a year round, CCSL Gold level team. SJFC 95B has been competing competitively in CYSA and NorCal since U10s. Our head coach/trainer is former New Zealand National Team player and current SJ Earthquakes Goalkeeper coach, Jason Batty.

The CV Chilipeppers are a nationally recognized team that competes at the highest level possible in youth soccer. they were 2006, and 2007 CYSA State Cup Champs and runners up in 2008 and 2010. They reached the semi finals of the Far West regionals in 2008. They have been US Club State champs in 2006 and runners up in 2008 and 2009. the Chilipeppers won 5 straight Abronzino titles from 2005 thru 2009 and won the inaugural 2010 CCSL State Premier league title.
The CV Revolution White (U16 spring, U17 fall) is the place for a fun and challenging environment. We are committed to player development and stress conditioning, passing, ball control, striking, and heading. The team has captured 3 titles during its 7 seasons of play (1 Delgado, and 2 Abronzino). Players selected will also be rostered for the 2011 season. We invite any interested players to attend our practices as we will not be holding formal tryouts, but would rather you come out and join us at practice. All our practices our open to any players wanting to join the team. We are coached by Melissa Weiss & Lisa Nanez.
Coaches Bios: Lisa Nanez playeed for Santa Clara University for four years. Later she had the opportunity to play on the Mexican National Women’s team in 1999 where she played in the World Cup and then played professionaly for the San Jose CyberRays in 2001 and 2002. She’s currently the athletic director at Fisher Middle School. Melissa Weiss coached the University of California Santa Cruz woman’s soccer team for 5 years and played women’s soccer at California State University San Bernardino.
The CV Earthquakes 94G Girls soccer team is looking to immediately fill 2 positions on the team.
The CV Earthquakes 94G soccer team is a very competitive, fun, and well-coached team that utilizes an extensive training and coaching staff from the San Jose Earthquakes that also includes former players from Santa Clara University, San Jose State, and Chico State University. We placed 2nd in District Cup and were also a NorCal finalist.
The team is very progressive as we add supplemental training to improve the long-term health of the athlete. Aside from the excellent soccer-specific training, the CV Earthquakes 94G includes training for injury prevention, speed, quickness and agility training, as well as core strength training.
