For Insurance reasons, parents need to complete a temporary registration form before the player steps onto the field. You can obtain a soft copy of the registration form to complete ahead of time.
You must complete the section on player information as well as the Medical Consent section at the bottom or the form. No fees are required until the player is accepted by a team.

Coach Jodi Washington loves the game of soccer and believes in the importance of developing our young community. She has coached soccer for 10 years, and is in her fourth season as coach of Lelend High School Soccer team. Jodi has a National "D" license and is a licensed referee. She has played at the youth, high school, regional, national, and Division 1 collegiate level.

CV Pride Tryouts for the upcoming spring season will be held on 12/3/11 from 9-11am at Fammatre Elementary School, 2800 New Jersey Ave, San Jose. If needed, a 2nd tryout date will be held on 12/4 from 10-12 pm at Fammatre. New players should plan to be at both tryout dates.
All new players must fill out a CYSA 1601 form to participate.
Team Background: Titans Red & White are U10 Boys Central Valley Competitive teams who will be playing U11 in the Spring. We play Division 3 soccer, currently in District 2 of the Central Coast Section League. The Titans are looking for players who are interested in a highly competitive, successful and fun soccer program. The coaching staff provides exceptional training with a focus on player development, conditioning and teamwork. The Titans teams have enjoyed great success both in league play and tournaments. The Titans Red team made it to the finals of SoccerPalooza 2011, won their bracket in the District 2 Cup Tournament and are the fall Bronze A South bracket champions. Titans White placed 3rd in the Bronze C South bracket and made it to the finals of the District 2 Cup.

We have just completed our 5th full season as a class 3 team and we be registering in the new CYSA California Soccer League. We participate in 4 – 5 tournaments between the months of September – January and play a session on indoor as well. We are looking to add a few players who have played or have the desire and proficiency to play at a competitive level. CV United 96G is a competitive U14 soccer team for girls born after 7/31/1996. We are looking for Midfielders and Forwards but will seriously consider players for all positions. The CV Explosion 95G started in 2005 with local recreational players and developed them to the top of class 3 by winning Delgado and coming in second at the CYSA Association Cup. We have continued since then to develop the players at the Division 1 Gold Level. We take pride in having 10 district ODP players, 9 of whom achieved tha after joining the Explosion.
Last year we won the Dublin Fall Classic, came in second at District 2 Cup, and also placed in the El Dorado Shootout and Placer Prestige Cup.

Team Background: CV Earthquakes 95B is a year round, Class 1 team. Formerly known as CV United 95, we have joined with the CV Gunners club foster a true developmental club environment. The CV Chilipeppers are a nationally recognized team that competes at the highest level possible in youth soccer. they were 2006, and 2007 CYSA State Cup Champs and runners up in 2008 and 2010. They reached the semi finals of the Far West regionals in 2008. They have been US Club State champs in 2006 and runners up in 2008 and 2009. the Chilipeppers won 5 straight Abronzino titles from 2005 thru 2009 and won the inaugural 2010 CCSL State Premier league title.
The CV Revolution White (U16 spring, U17 fall) is the place for a fun and challenging environment. We are committed to player development and stress conditioning, passing, ball control, striking, and heading. The team has captured 3 titles during its 7 seasons of play (1 Delgado, and 2 Abronzino). Players selected will also be rostered for the 2011 season. We invite any interested players to attend our practices as we will not be holding formal tryouts, but would rather you come out and join us at practice. All our practices our open to any players wanting to join the team. We are coached by Melissa Weiss & Lisa Nanez.
Coaches Bios: Lisa Nanez playeed for Santa Clara University for four years. Later she had the opportunity to play on the Mexican National Women’s team in 1999 where she played in the World Cup and then played professionaly for the San Jose CyberRays in 2001 and 2002. She’s currently the athletic director at Fisher Middle School. Melissa Weiss coached the University of California Santa Cruz woman’s soccer team for 5 years and played women’s soccer at California State University San Bernardino.
The CV Earthquakes 94G Girls soccer team is looking to immediately fill 2 positions on the team.
The CV Earthquakes 94G soccer team is a very competitive, fun, and well-coached team that utilizes an extensive training and coaching staff from the San Jose Earthquakes that also includes former players from Santa Clara University, San Jose State, and Chico State University. We placed 2nd in District Cup and were also a NorCal finalist.
The team is very progressive as we add supplemental training to improve the long-term health of the athlete. Aside from the excellent soccer-specific training, the CV Earthquakes 94G includes training for injury prevention, speed, quickness and agility training, as well as core strength training.

The CV Flames 93G have been in existence for 7 years and pride ourselves on having girls on the team from 8 different high schools. We are a premier level team that draws players from as far as Burlingame. We play in college level showcase tournaments (Surf Cup, Las Vegas College Showcase, Blues Cup, Pleasanton College Showcase) and were a semifinalist in the CYSA State Cup last year. We have an attacking style, and stress technical skills and aggressive play. Many of our players are receiving attention from college recruiters and will be playing at the next level. We have extremely low fees and any interested players are welcome to join us for any practice session.
